Rita Harnish teaches Biology, Chemistry, AP Chemistry, and Physics. She has been teaching for 29 years.
Her most memorable moment at NorthWood was when she caught her hair on fire during a chemistry demonstration.
She is a graduate of Concord High School, and she attended Goshen College and Ball State. In addition to teaching at NorthWood, she also teaches chemistry at IUSB.
She has a husband and two children.
