Dennis Hershberger is the JV Basketball Coach.
Mr. Hershberger and his wife, Caryn, have two children. His daughter's name is Holly Leeper and she is married to Michael Leeper. His son's name is Trevor, and he graduated from NorthWood and now attends Grace College.
Mr. Hershberger graduated from NorthWood High School and then went on to earn his masters in education from IUSB. He now teaches social studies at Warsaw and has been there for 17 years.
Mr. Hershberger was hired as the JV boys basketball coach in November of 2007.
His previous experience at Warsaw Community Schools include 17 years coaching basketball and 15 years coaching football. He is currently the head coach of the freshman football team.
He says, "having graduated from NorthWood, I am excited to come home and be part of the NorthWood staff."
