Pam Slagle was hired at NorthWood High School in 1988. She coaches the Varsity and Competition Cheerleading squads.
She attended NorthWood High School and she also attended Memorial Hospital School of Nursing, Indiana University, and Bethel College. She has a degree in Nursing and she's a registered nurse. She works in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center.Pam is also a co-owner at Indiana Ultimate, an All-Star Cheer and Dance Gym.
She has a 23 year old son, Tyler, and an 18 year old daughter Emily who is a senior at NorthWood High School. She has a dog named Cooper and 2 cats, Poochie and Bella.
One of her most memorable moments at NorthWood was winning the Wawasee Invitational over state champions Bishop Dwenger in 2008.
