Eric Highley graduated from Northfield High School. He has a degree in Technology Education from Purdue University.

Highley has been teaching Industrial Technology at NorthWood High School for three years.

Eric also coaches Wrestling, Football, and Baseball.

Eric Highley has a wife named Melissa and dog Lila.
