Steve Rulli went to high school at Living Heritage Academy. His Alma Mater is Bob Jones University and Ivy Tech. His family consists of Christy, Katelyn, Nathan, and Gavin. He was previously a welder, and in construction. He instructs many police activities. Some of these activities include: Emergency Vehicle Operations, Taser and Strategies, and Tactics of Patrol Steps.
